GEM and the New Server

Greetings all . . .

ACE's first days on the new server have gone well. We've got a lot of new members and once everyone's toons are leveled we should have plenty of healers and tanks.

Our focus on raids for the next few weeks will remain UBRS to get everyone geared. Once we've got sufficient tanks and healers that both 1) have gear, and 2) are used to working with ACE we'll start preparing for ZG.

Regarding GEM and raids: If you'd like to schedule an UBRS or instance run during a weekday feel free to utilize GEM. It's a guild resource--like Mumble--take advantage of it! However, be sure to check with one of the Guildmasters or an officer if you are planning anything for ZG or MC, i.e. farming trash. Due to the ID issue those will need to be planned.

As you start running instances and raids with new members make an effort to let them know how we do things - make sure they know not to loot during combat, to wait for marks, and to let the tanks pull. The larger raids will only be successful if all members are cooperating and know our procedures.
